When you send an inquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, an optional phone number and business name, the location of the installation, your signage preferences, any notes you add, and any photos or files you choose to attach.
How we use it
We use these details only to review your project and reply to your inquiry. We do not sell your information, and sending an inquiry does not add you to any marketing list.
Files you attach
Photos, logos, and PDFs you attach are stored privately and are only opened by our team to prepare your quote.
Keeping your details
We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to handle your project and any follow-up work. You can ask us to remove your inquiry and attached files at any time by replying to our email or contacting us through the contact page.
